$1,000,000 in Great Classroom Grant funding has been invested into Floyd County classrooms since 2011!
We know the exceptional educators in NAFC schools give all they can to make sure their students succeed. To help them along in their effort, we are proud to offer the opportunity for any educator in the district to apply for up to $500 a year in Great Classroom Project funding. These projects are used to provide additional resources to creative teachers for learning opportunities that enhance the educational and curricular objectives of their classrooms.
In the 2022-2023 school year the foundation funded $90,000 in Great Classroom Projects. 2022 marked a very momentous occasion for the program, investing over $1,000,000 in classroom resources through Great Classroom Grants since the program began in 2011!
