Education Celebration!

We are excited to announce the New Albany Floyd County Education Foundation’s upcoming annual gala, The Education Celebration! on Friday, February 23rd 2024 at Huber’s Plantation Hall.  We look forward to once again to celebrating and showcasing the ever-important initiatives of the foundation while lifting up our NAFC teachers, students, and schools. This year the event will feature a robust silent and live auction, live entertainment, a Dream Vacation Raffle, and The Louisville Crashers!

As a non-profit organization, it’s our mission to support the students and staff in NAFCS by providing them the tools they need to succeed. We do this in a number of ways:

• Classroom Resource Grants
• Blessings in a Backpack
• Dolly Parton Imagination Library Project
• Field Trips
• Junior Achievement

We receive no tax funding and exist solely from the generous support of private donors. Millions of dollars have been donated to private and parochial schools, universities, and other institutions of higher learning. Why should our children miss out on an opportunity to soar? They need YOUR help.

You are a vital part of this community and I would like to invite YOU to participate. We have many opportunities for involvement through event sponsorships, silent or live auction donations, or by celebrating at home with our Party at Home packs.
